As well as designing, project managing and producing the tooling for your new manufacturing equipment we have a dedicated machine build, assembly and test area, circa 6,000 sq ft.
Investment in New Equipment
This area is utilised during the build phases of project. Your new manufacturing equipment will spend from 1 or 2 days through to several months being built up, tested, improved and prototypes produced. This area provides us the opportunity to fully tune all new or refurbished equipment prior to dispatch to you or your customer.
The aim of the in-house build phase is to minimise onsite time for your and TMP’s staff, ensure all process challenges are identified, resolved or mitigated in a test as opposed to within the production environment; reducing the impact to you or the end customer, allowing full production to commence on plan.
In 2022 we invested in building a new roll forming line. The line is the same as our key customers which enables us to test their tooling in our build and development area prior to shipping. This has greatly reduced our customers test and sign-off time, plus significantly reducing our customers downtime and costs.

TMP expands our CNC High Speed milling and turning capacity with the addition of a Haas UMC 750 5-Axis and Mazak QT250MY turning centre. Further investment in our toolroom, build room and design centre are planned for 2023.
At TMP we continually reinvest in the business. TMP launches operations in North America and Turkey. TMP reduces its environmental impact by installing a 66 kWp solar farm.
