The Future at TMP

At TMP We Continually Reinvest in the Business.

With the installation of a 66 kWp solar farm this year, TMP continues to demonstrate its commitment to continually reinvest in the business and reduce its environmental impact.

Our PV system produces a massive 50kW of AC power. As well as providing us with improved energy security, we will reduce our CO2 emissions by 12.85t CO2 annually, improving our environmental footprint and allowing the business better control over its incoming energy costs.

Continued Investment

In 2021 we purchased Unit 1 which provides us with an additional 400 sq. M to accommodate the rapid expansion demands of both Total Metal Products (TMP) and TMP Manufacturing.

We continue to invest in building new roll forming lines which are the same as our key customers; this enables us to test new tooling in our build and development area prior to shipping, reducing our customers test and sign-off time plus significantly reducing our customers downtime and costs.

Later this year (2022) we are launching a new business operation in Turkey which provides in-country sales, project management, engineering and service support to our customers within the region.

Our expansion plans do not stop in the Middle East. We are currently investing in and setting up an operational facility in the United States to provide improved support to our North American customer base.

As well as new premises and new business operations we continue to invest into our UK operation with additional staff across our business including design, project management, toolmakers, administration and production team members.

We continue to invest in our tool room and have recently purchased a Haas UMC 750 - full simultaneous 5 Axis CNC machining centre, the first of we hope many 5 Axis machine centres.
