Our toolmakers are trained in traditional tool making methods to ensure a solid grounding and progress to the latest manufacturing disciplines. We have extensive experience when it comes to automotive tooling and we supply the automotive industry with a large range of products through the use of stretch bending and stretch forming tools, from single op, low volume, try-out tools to complex progression tooling. By working with several Tier 1 automotive manufacturers, we are confident in our ability to produce the results you require and solve the problems you may encounter.

The manufacture of precision tooling is carried out using the latest CNC machinery within our comprehensive machine shop.

We can produce a single machine to meet a particular production need, or a complete production line to suit an application or customer requirement.

    What is Toolmaking?

    Toolmaking is the making precision tools that are used in manufacturing to create products and parts.

    Common tooling includes metal forming rolls, metal punching / piercing tools, fixtures, jigs or even whole machine tools used to manufacture, hold, and / or test products during their fabrication.

    TMP expands our CNC High Speed milling and turning capacity with the addition of a Haas UMC 750 5-Axis and Mazak QT250MY turning centre. Further investment in our toolroom, build room and design centre are planned for 2023.

    At TMP we continually reinvest in the business. TMP launches operations in North America and Turkey. TMP reduces its environmental impact by installing a 66 kWp solar farm.
